Due to flaws in original ASLRC.frm, in Darrang district, it is found that there
	were ghost PATTAs which can't be seen in the pop-up list (by pressing CTL+f ) but could
	be selected by entering the no. directly. However, their content might not get displayed!
		This problem was due to  inconsistency between asjn & asjp1. I.e., there were
	some missing rows in asjn table.

		Run this routine once to fix this problem. (WARNING: Might take 30 Minutes. per
	Lakh of asjp1 rows).
